REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
To register for BASCon:
- Fill out the dealer registration form and choose your payment option
- Save a copy of the form to your hard drive and print it
- Render payment
- Check or Money Order: Send a copy of your registration form and your payment to:

- PayPal: Click on the appropriate PayPal button and pay accordingly. Send a copy of your registration form as an attachment to registration@bascon.org
PLEASE NOTE: You are not fully registered until we receive your payment.
Attending
Dealer Fees:
- $95.00
- Membership & 1 table || Dealer Registration Form

- $50.00
- Additional table (maximum of five tables)
Dealers with
additional staff are asked to register each staff member with an Attending
Membership.
Membership
Rules:
- No transfers
of membership.
- Anyone
engaging in inappropriate behavior (i.e. disregarding the safety of
other attendees, foul and/or abusive language directed at others) will
be ejected from the convention.
- No weapons
at the convention.
- No alcohol
is allowed in the Hospitality Suite.
- No overnight
guests in the Hospitality Suite.
- Membership
numbers will be used for art auction bids
- Please
do not ask hotel staff to alter any of BASCON's event spaces. If you
have a suggestion or problem with any event space, please let the CONCom
know, and CONCom staff will work to resolve any issue.
Terms:
Requests
for dealer's table refunds must be made in writing and signed. If the
request is received by September 30 of the same year for which the tables
were purchased, the amount paid will be refunded by check. If the request
is received after September 30 of the same year for which the tables were
purchased, the amount will be refunded by check IF the table can be resold.
If the table(s) cannot be resold, no refund will be given.
